I'm a self-confessed Twifan

If you haven't started reading the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer yet, then you're missing out. I'll admit that it doesn't seem like a very guy-type book with mushy romantic stuff being a huge part of the main plot, but all the other books after Twilight (New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn) are suspenseful and all action. The books are written incredibly well, so not only do they have an enthralling plot, but it's written so that you actually believe that the character, which in the first book is Bella, is really there experiencing every twist and turn in the storyline. I've read all the Harry Potter books, which i loved very much, but I'd have to say that i prefer Edward and Bella over Harry, Ron and Hermione anyday. If you haven't read the books, you've probably seen the movie. My guess would be that you love it and can't wait for the next one to come out. Girl or guy, the Twilight movie is completely awesomely fabby with extra peas. Stephanie Meyer is an amazing author, not just because of what she wrote, but when she wrote it. She's a full-time mum, which I've always thought of as one of the hardest jobs in the world, but she somehow found the time to write a vampire epic that's got many addicted. Aparently the idea first came to her in a dream. She dreamt of the meadow scene, which all those who've read the book would know, and fell in love with the characters, giving up heaps of time and effort to put what was to be their story on paper. Overall i give the movie a 4.9 outta 5, not the full five stars because i think they should've made it heaps longer so they could've kept some more of the good bits from the book in. For the whole Twilight series, i can't put it any better except to say that it's the best movie in the history of ever. Go out, buy the book (believe me, it's the type of book you really enjoy reading over and over again) enjoy, then come back and tell me what you thought.
